This week the agencies provided the 2027 maximum out-of-pocket (OOP) limits that may be used for non-grandfathered group health plans under ACA rules.

Maximum OOP for self-only coverage for 2027 is $12,000 (currently $10,150 for 2026)

Maximum OOP for family coverage for 2027 is $24,000 (currently $20,300 for 2026)
