    Earn more when you grow your net enrolled subscribers. Bonus is calculated by multiplying the per contract per year (PCPY) incentive amount by your total number of subscribers. ASO and alternative funding arrangements count as 30% of fully insured weight when calculating bonuses.  Program includes 3 levels; Advantage, Champion and Elite.  The higher the level, the greater the PCPY bonus.
