Email communications reporting UnitedHealthcare and Oxford small group rate filings for 2027 will be sent out to brokers beginning this week. Communications to employer groups will begin mailing on June 10.

These emails are being sent in compliance with the New York Prior Approval law. They inform brokers and employers of the impact of UnitedHealthcare's application with the New York State Department of Financial Services for the 2027 rates. 

Impacted small groups can view narrative and numerical summaries as follows:
