UnitedHealthcare is pleased to announce that, as of January 1, 2027, Surest Rewards will be available for the following markets:

• ASO (self-funded) -- all group sizes
• 51+ (fully insured) -- all markets except Maryland, Minnesota, Montana and Rhode Island

Surest Rewards, which is modeled on UHC Rewards, will allow members to earn up to $300 (or, in some cases, $1,000) per year for completing various wellness activities. It will be a buy-up option for these markets and is already quotable. 

At this time, Surest Rewards is not being rolled out for level funded groups.
