Dental Rate Cap

• For 2-99 new business dental
• Groups receive a 5% second year rate cap if adding new business dental

Activate the Savings

• For 2-50 new business dental and specialty
• Groups receive a $50 administrative credit per dental subscriber if adding new business dental and one other specialty line. Medical coverage is not required.

Packaged Savings

• For 2-50 new business level funded and 2-99 new small business fully insured
• Add dental, vision, basic life, and/or short-term disability and get an administrative credit of up to $7 PEPM on your invoice.

uBundle

• For 2-99 new business level funded and 51-99 new business fully insured
• Add dental, vision, basic life, and/or short-term disability and get up to a 3.5% discount on your medical rates.
