Rates: 

• Region 1 | HMO: 4.0%
• Region 2 | HMO: -2.8%
• Region 3 | HMO: 3.9%
• Region 1 | HMO HSA: 1.2%
• Region 2 | HMO HSA: -3.3%
• Region 3 | HMO HSA: 3.3%

Benefits:  Several plans have small changes to align with AV requirements. Plan names have been standardized for those mirrored in the CCSB portfolio.

Network: WHA is proud to partner with award winning hospitals available in one, simple network. 

New member onboarding: Medical groups run proactive outreach (welcome calls, appointment scheduling, Rx refill help, health navigators), and a dedicated new-member line is available. 

Pharmacy:  Effective 1/1/2027, WHA will partner with CVS Caremark. 

• Less than 1% of members will see an access change.
• Letters and calls start the last week of October, and new ID cards go out in December.
• Mail order becomes CVS Caremark. 

Wellness & Clinical Programs

• Virta GLP-1 management launches 1/1/2027:  This program is available to adults 18+ with BMI ≥40 are eligible on WHA plans. Members start with six months of nutrition-first care, and a GLP-1 may be added when clinically appropriate. Virta nutrition care has no copay, and approved GLP-1s fall at Tier 3.

• Vitality: Health assessment with rewards, hypertension management (moving to Vitality with at-home monitoring), and chronic condition programs (CHF, COPD, CAD, asthma, diabetes). Weight loss, tobacco cessation, and diabetes prevention are available depending on line of business.
• Virta Type 2 Diabetes Reversal continues.
• Diabetes Prevention Program: New for 2027!
• Maven: Pregnancy, postpartum, and women’s health support
