Angle Health will be reaching out to your clients to inform you of a couple of updates that will be implemented for 2026, starting with the April 2026 premium.

  What's Changing?

To ensure premiums reliably settle by the 1st of each month, Angle Health will be adjusting both the invoice delivery and payment due date timing:

  • Invoices will be sent on the 14th of every month (if it falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be the preceding business day). As such, this means any enrollment adjustments must be communicated by the 12th of that month. The first invoice under this new process will be sent on March 13th.

Groups on autopay: Premium debits will be initiated on the 21st of every month (if it falls on a weekend or holiday, it will be the preceding business day). The first premium pull under this new process will occur on March 20th.

    • Autopay will only attempt to debit funds on the invoice due date; if the attempt fails for any reason, the client will still be responsible for ensuring that payment is made by the due date.

Groups not on autopay: Your client will need to ensure that their payment is sent sufficiently in time to allow for funds to settle before the 1st of the month.

To meet compliance requirements and to ensure that groups have continued timely payment of claims and no disruption in prescription drug eligibility, Angle Health will be making the following updates:

  • Any premiums not received before the 1st of the month will result in Angle pending medical claims and suspending prescription drug coverage eligibility (members may have to pay out of pocket and submit an expense reimbursement).

  • Any groups with outstanding invoice balances from prior months may experience claim processing delays and temporary suspension of prescription eligibility.

  • For groups that pay by check, please note that checks in transit or lost checks may result in an interruption to your clients' claims processing. Angle Health highly recommends all clients switching to autopay. Instructions on how to enroll in autopay as well as Angle Health's banking information are below if your clients choose to manually submit electronic payments.
