Anthem’s Wellbeing Solutions program is simple for Large Group clients to implement and manage. And for members, Wellbeing Solutions is connected to SydneySM Health, the digital front door to Anthem’s well-being ecosystem, so it’s easy for them to use anytime they need it.
Together, Wellbeing Solutions and SydneySM Health create a centralized digital experience of personalized and connected whole-person care. From the app, members can:
- Complete a health assessment for personalized action plans.
- Engage with well-being tools, access resources, and track engagement incentives.
- Connect to focused programs supporting:
- Mental and behavioral health.
- Growing families.
- Cancer.
- Back and joint pain, diabetes, Crohn’s disease, asthma, COPD, congestive heart failure, and coronary artery disease.
- Receive alerts about care gaps.
- Search for doctors and talk to them via chat or video.
- See their health records.
The results? Anthem is lowering costs and improving outcomes
- Members with integrated medical, behavioral, pharmacy, and disease management care save on average $3,060.58 per year1
- Members with breast cancer who participated in our cancer care program had a 58% decrease in emergency room utilization2
