Qualify your groups for extra savings when they submit early through the Aetna Sales Gateway during Q4 and Q1!

Amwins Benefits uses the Aetna Sales Gateway to submit groups, so groups submitted through us will qualify for this incentive if deadlines are met.

Groups can earn a $150 Administrative Credit per medical enrollee, with an additional $300 Administrative Credit for early submissions. Plus, if dental is added to the medical plan, groups can earn an extra $50 credit for adding the dental and an additional $100 for early submissions. That's up to $600 per subscriber!

Credits will appear on the second Aetna bill of the plan year.

Here's how to qualify:

1. Submit your sold group to Amwins Benefits on or before the submission deadline for all products. All paperwork should be completed, including the final enrollment census, to be eligible for these savings.
2. Meet standard underwriting guidelines.

This promotion is available to new Aetna fully insured groups 51-100 or 51-200, depending on state contract. It is also available to new Aetna AFA groups 2-100 or 2-200, depending on state contract. Limitations apply. Not available in MA, NJ, NY, or OK. See the program flyer for more details.
