UnitedHealthcare is announcing that it is negotiating with Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. The current contract is scheduled to expire on December 31, 2026.

While discussions are primarily centered on Medicare reimbursement terms, the contract also covers commercial members. UHC remains actively engaged and optimistic that an agreement can be reached prior to the contract expiration.
