Anthem has announced its small group rate action for Q1 2027, with minimal adjustments that help maintain affordability and stability for clients.

• HMO: Full Network 2.6%, Limited Network 2.9%
• PPO: Full Network 1.6%, Limited Network 1.4%
• PPO HSA: Full Network -2.1% (decrease), Limited Network -1.5% (decrease)
• No rate increase for dental and vision plans.

Anthem's portfolio includes options across 6 networks including Vivity HMO and Virtual Access Plus PPO plans that enhance member experience.

Vivity features several top-ranked award-winning health systems in Southern California to change the way healthcare is delivered. Vivity network providers are not only accountable to a payer but also to each other. 

Virtual Access Plus plans simplify care with $0 virtual PCP and behavioral health visits, no coinsurance surprises and an integrated digital experienced through Sydney.

• Reduced participation 5+ enrolled: 25% of eligible, 1-4 enrolled: 60% of eligible
• No DE9C 3+ enrolled, submit the California Enrollment Compliance form in lieu of

Health Net Transition Group Promos

• Reduced Participation: 25% down to 2 lives (no waiver forms required) and no DE-9C required if prior Health Net bill submitted
• Welcome Home: For existing Anthem groups written alongside Health Net - HN members can enroll with Anthem as a special enrollment
• Welcome Back: Groups can be reinstated if they are within 60 days of leaving Anthem (if they left in good standing); Group must pay back premium to the original termination date
