The Facts

  • Health Net is discontinuing its small group and large group business in California and Oregon
  • Health Net will officially exit the market on February 28, 2027
  • Employer Notices have been sent on September 1 in accordance with applicable regulations 180 days in advance of plan closures
  • Medicare, Medicaid and Individual business is not affected — this applies only to commercial small and large group
