Anthem is making it easier than ever to move your Health Net groups to Anthem, including your Health Net dental and vision groups. 

Health Net to Anthem Specialty Promo
Eligible small groups with effective dates October 2026 through March 2027 can receive a premium credit equal to one month of dental and vision premium when moving from Health Net. After month 2, the one-month credit is applied to the group's month-3 invoice.

Health Net Welcome to Anthem Promo
25% participation for all groups with 2-100 lives - no waiver forms needed, no DE9C required
For effective dates October 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027.  What is required: Employer application, Employee forms or Census enrollment, quote, EFT form, and prior invoice.

Health Net Welcome Home Promo
For existing Anthem groups written alongside Health Net
Anthem will allow members to come on to an Anthem plan as a special enrollment effective the first of the month from October 2026 to March 2027 and during the group's Anthem renewal month.

Health Net Welcome Back Promo
Anthem will allow groups to reinstate within 60 days of leaving Anthem. Group must have left Anthem in good standing and the group will be required to pay back premium.  Example: Group cancelled 9/1 to go to Health Net; the group can reinstate back to 9/1 and must pay 9/1, 10/1, and 11/1 all at once.
