Portfolio updates
New Choice Select Plans introduced

• 12 plans - Gold, Silver and Bronze
• Offering members lower cost share
• Utilizes Choice Select network
• Members elect a PCP and referrals required for Specialist care
  

Choice Complete portfolio update

• 3 new plans introduced
• Some changes to deductibles, copays and OOPM

Groups may mix and match plans between the Choice Select and the Choice Complete portfolios.
