UnitedHealthcare has announced the following updates for Q3 2026 in Florida. Quoting is available now!

• Quarterly Rate Increase: 2.9% for all ACA-qualified plans
• Plan/Benefit Updates: Fully insured plans 51-99 have been refreshed for 2026-27 guidelines. Don't forget that the new Neighborhood Health Plans Level Funded plans have been available since January 1.
• Underwriting: effective July 1, 2026, the participation requirement for Level Funded plans is 25% post-valid waivers for groups 2-50, and 40% post-valid waivers for groups 51-99.
• Promotions: The Activate the Savings, uBundle, and Packaged Savings specialty programs remain in effect. Eligible groups could receive invoice credits and premium reductions, and these promotions can be stacked!
