As of July 1, 2025, Allstate Benefits Group Health has officially become part of Nationwide.

In the interim, they have provided a FAQ document that addresses many of the answers to questions you may have at this time.

Nationwide has also provided reminders on their group underwriting requirements and a map indicating where each method is used.

A client facing piece has also been provided for the current Allstate employer groups addressing the transition to Nationwide.

They’ll offer the same sales and account management teams, same product portfolio, with reference-based pricing (RBP) and network options — now backed by Nationwide — with a commitment to deliver ongoing customer-focused success and growth.

The Allstate Benefits brand will remain in place through the end of 2025, with a full rebrand to Nationwide planned for Q1 2026. This phased approach ensures a smooth, coordinated experience for everyone involved.
