• Northern California: HMO 6.7%; PPO 6.7%; Rate Pass for Navigate
• Southern California: HMO 6.7%; PPO 6.7%; Rate Pass for Navigate

Quoting Availability: Rates are in-house and the Quarterly Release Status will be updated as soon as quoting is ready.

There are no changes to plans, portfolios, networks, or zip codes.
