Rate Changes:

• District of Columbia: 2.3% for all plans
• Maryland: 2.3% for all plans
• Virginia: HMO Limited, HMO HSA Limited: 4.1%; POS Full, POS HSA Full: 4.1%; POS Limited, POS HSA Limited: 3.1%

There are no changes to plans, portfolios, or benefits.
