The acquisition strengthens their commitment to the small and mid-size employer market and supports their strategy to accelerate growth in these key business segments.  By bringing together the talent and expertise of both organizations, they expect to enhance their capabilities, expand their product offerings and build an even stronger platform to serve brokers, employers, benefits administrators and customers.
